Sixth Form Open Evening 2025: Discover Bosworth in Action

Join us for our Sixth Form Open Evening on Thursday 6^th November 2025.

We are delighted to invite you to our Sixth Form Open Evening on Thursday 6th November 2025 – an opportunity to experience Bosworth in action and discover what makes our school  unique.

The evening will begin at 6.00pm, where you will be welcomed by our student ambassadors with canapés and drinks, accompanied by live  music in the Grand Hall.

From 6.20pm to 7.00pm, a series of talks will provide valuable insight into Sixth Form life at Bosworth:

• Welcome from Tony Oulton, Headmaster– an introduction to the importance of making the right Sixth Form decision and why Bosworth could be the perfect choice.
• Lisa Punter, Director of Sixth Form  – overview of our curriculum, academic extension opportunities, destinations, and the personalised pastoral support that makes Bosworth a small school witha big impact.
• Student speakers – hear directly from our students as they will share their unique journeys.
• Parent speaker – a parent’s perspective on moving  to Bosworth and the positive difference it has made to their family.

Following the talks, from 7.00pm to 7.45pm, families can explore our Subject Marketplace. Teaching staff will be available to discuss subject options, showcase sample work, and answer any questions you may have.

The Director of Sixth Form  will be on hand throughout the evening to talk to you about university choices, UCAS applications, and our tailored support for students aiming for competitive courses such as Oxbridge and Medicine.

This is a really brilliant  opportunity for you  to explore A Level options, meet our dedicated staff and fantastic students, and see first-hand what makes Bosworth brilliant.
