Bosworth introduced the CATS University Foundation Programme (UFP) in September 2023 to provide another route to UK university study for talented international students. Our first set of results demonstrate the success of this venture.
For international students, the UFP offers an opportunity to be immersed in the UK education system for a full academic year. Students are able to quickly refine their academic and conversational English, ready for university life.

She has offers from University of Bristol, University of Exeter, University of Nottingham and Queen Mary University of London. She has chosen to study Neuroscience at the University of Bristol.

Ayomide studied Physics, Economics and Mathematics as part of her UFP course at Bosworth Independent School. She achieved A, A, B grades. She has offers from University of Kent and University of Strathclyde. She has chosen to study Computer and Electronic Systems at the University of Strathclyde.

“UFP was right for me. The whole grade does not depend on the exam at the end. The grade is spread out through the year, with coursework. It is not easier than A Level but it is less stressful and it similar to university style studying so it is good preparation for university.”
Mary studied Biology, Chemistry and Psychology as part of her UFP course at Bosworth Independent School. She achieved A*, A*, B grades. She has offers from University of Bristol, University of Birmingham and University of Liverpool.
