Bosworth Independent School Celebrates Strong University Offers in 2025 

Bosworth Independent School is proud to share exciting university offers updates. Students have secured offers to prestigious universities in the UK, including universities ranked in the global top 100 universities by the QS World University Rankings.

Top UK University Offers

In the 2025 university application cycle, our 34 Year 13 (A Level and UFP) students have applied to top UK universities. This year, 74% of our 34 students have received offers from Russell Group universities. Highly regarded in the UK and internationally, the Russell Group universities are popular choices for our students due to their prestige, academic reputation and excellent graduate outcomes.

Further, students have secured offers from 50% of the UK’s top 10 universities*.

Durham University, currently ranked fifth in the UK and eighty-ninth internationally, is highly regarded for its Humanities and STEM programmes.

Imperial College London, ranked sixth in the UK and second internationally, is highly regarded for its STEM degree programmes.

University College London, which is ranked seventh in the UK and ninth internationally, is well-respected as a centre of academic excellence.

University of Bath, which is ranked eighth in the UK, is well-known for its Engineering and other STEM programmes.

University of Warwick, ranked ninth in the UK and sixty-ninth internationally, is highly regarded for its Social Sciences, Humanities and STEM programmes.

Offers from Top Global Universities

Students have received 28 offers from universities ranked in the global top 100 universities by the QS World University Ranking 2025**. These offers include 5 offers from two universities ranked in the global top 10 universities by the QS rankings. One offer has been received from Imperial College London, currently ranked 2nd in the world, while Bosworth students have secured 4 offers from University College London (UCL), which is currently ranked 9^th.

A further nine universities, ranked in the top 100 world universities, have made offers to Bosworth students. These internationally respected universities are The University of Edinburgh, University of Warwick, University of Manchester, University of Bristol, King’s College London, Durham University, University of Southampton, University of Birmingham and University of Leeds.

Subject Success

Bosworth students pursue degrees in a broad range of academic and creative subjects. A particular highlight this year is that students have received 32 offers for Business, Economics and Finance degrees.

Student Success Story

Minkyu, South Korea

A Level student, Minkyu, has secured five university offers to study Physics. Four offers are from Russell Group universities, including Imperial College London and University College London, which are both ranked in the top ten UK and world universities.*

Minkyu has also received offers from the University of Bath, University of Southampton and University of Manchester. All his offers are from top 30 UK universities, which are all renowned for their STEM undergraduate programmes. His offer success demonstrates his academic ability and passion for Physics, but also reflects the excellent teaching and support offered at Bosworth.
